In-home senior care across Southern California. Trained, matched caregivers for bathing, meals, medication reminders and good company.
“There's no place like home. We believe your parent should be able to stay there, safely, with someone they trust.”
Most of our in-home senior care clients need a few hours of help each day to keep living the way they like. As a Best of Home Care® Provider of Choice, we start with a free visit at home and pick a caregiver who suits your parent's routine and personality.

What's included
Every plan is built around your loved one's routine. Here's what a typical day of in-home care can look like.

Morning
Help with bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting, then breakfast and morning medication reminders.

Midday
Lunch, light housekeeping, laundry and fresh linens, plus feeding the family pet.

Afternoon
Rides to appointments, prescription pick-up, groceries, a walk, or a visit with friends.

Evening
Dinner, evening reminders, help getting ready for bed, and company until family arrives or the next shift starts.

Getting started
A care coordinator comes to the house, walks through a normal day with you and answers your questions.
We pair your parent with someone based on the help they need, the hours you want and who they'll get along with. If it doesn't click, we find someone else.
We check in regularly and add or trim hours as your parent's needs change.

“They have a wonderful reputation in the community and provide excellent care to those they serve. I highly recommend Era Life Care.”

Cost and payment
What you pay depends on the hours and the level of care your parent needs. We give you a written estimate after the free visit. Families pay privately or through long-term care insurance, VA benefits or workers' compensation.
