24-hour home care across Southern California. Trained caregivers who keep your loved one safe at home, day and night.
“When a parent can't be alone, a few visits a week isn't enough. You need someone there at 3 a.m., too.”
With 24-hour care, caregivers share day and overnight shifts so your loved one always has someone close by. As a Best of Home Care® Provider of Choice, we plan those shifts with you during a free visit at home.

What's included
Care is planned around your loved one's whole day and night, so someone is always there and nothing is missed.

Morning
Help with bathing, dressing and toileting, then breakfast and morning medication reminders.

Afternoon
Lunch, light housekeeping, rides to appointments and time for a walk or a visit with friends.

Evening
Dinner, evening medication reminders, washing up and help settling into bed.

Overnight
Help to the bathroom, repositioning, comfort after a restless moment, and a quick response if anything happens.

Getting started
We come to the home, look at the layout and talk through nights as well as days: bathroom trips, sleep patterns and fall risks.
We choose a small group of caregivers who fit your loved one's needs and temperament, and replace anyone who isn't a good fit.
We check in often and adjust shifts as needs change.

“They have a wonderful reputation in the community and provide excellent care to those they serve. I highly recommend Era Life Care.”
